UPPSC AND BPSC

UP PCS (UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) :

 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from recognized university.

 

Age Limit: 21 to 37 Years ( age relaxation 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC&ST).

 

Examination Pattern:

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission will recruit officers for Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services and Assistant Conservator of Forest / Range Forest Officer Services. 

UPPSC Conducts the UPPCS Exam for shortlisting candidates for state services. As per UPPSC Exam Pattern 2023, UPPSC PCS Exam is conducted in the following three stages-

 

UPPSC Prelims Exam

UPPSC Mains Exam

UPPSC Interview Exam

 

UPPCS Prelims Exam 2023

The prelims exam is the first stage of the UPPCS selection process conducted in offline mode. They are two papers in the Preliminary Exam which consists of GS Paper I and GS II Paper ( CSAT Paper).

 

UPPCS Main (written) Exam 2023

UPPSC conducts the UPPCS main exam on the pattern of the UPSC Main (written) exam. The UPPSC PCS mains exam pattern is given below for candidates’ reference:

UPPSC PCS Personality Test (Viva Voice) 2023:

 

 

The personality test is the last stage of the UPPSC UPPCS exam. The commission has assigned 100 marks to the personality test. 

 

BIHAR PCS (BIHAR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION):

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s  degree from a recognized university.

          Age Limit:   20 years  to 37 years ( age relaxation 3 years for OBC and 5 years for OBC).

          Examination Pattern:

 

       The 68th BPSC Exam (Combined Competitive Exam) 2023 will be held in three stages:

Prelims – 1 objective type paper for 150 marks. As per the latest 68th BPSC Exam pattern, Prelims will now have negative marking as well. For every correct answer 1 mark will be given while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Mains – 5 descriptive papers (1 qualifying + 4 merit ranking) for 1000 marks. Optional in BPSC Mains will be objective and will be of 100 marks.

Interview : 120 Marks
